The 2,700-acre property in California has had its price slashed from $100 million (£75m) in 2015 to $31 million (£23m) today but there is
still no prospective buyers, after details of alleged abuses there were revealed

It has been ten years since Michael Jackson passed away and the King of Pop's legacy has been destroyed by the allegations made by Wade Robson and James Safechuck in Dan Reed's documentary.

They both said that Jacko abused them at the Neverland Ranch, when they were aged between seven and 11 years old.

With no prospective buyers for the infamous property, Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of housebuyers Property Solvers, has said that demolition may be the only way forward.

Speaking to Daily Star Online , Ruban said that the Ranch's owners might 'cut their losses' and raze the property to the ground and 'start again'.

He said: "I suspect most of it will be demolished as I doubt many developers would want to maintain Michael Jackson's legacy after these shocking allegations.
